View the status of an order
Registered customers can view the order status of their own orders, while the Customer Service Representative can view the status of all orders.
Procedure
- Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Find the order that to work with.
- Locate the customer's order from the list, and view the status of the order in the Order Status column.
- Click OK to close the page.
