Edit an order level adjustment
Administrators with roles of either a CSR, CSR Supervisor, Seller (Merchant), Operations Manager or Logistics Manager can edit the adjustments applied to an order.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Find the order to work with.
- Select the check box next to the order that to work with, and click Change.
- Click on the Adjustments tab. The product details such as SKU, its quantity, contract name, price and its discounts are displayed.
- Type in the new order level adjustments and shipping charges in the fields provided.
- Click Recalculate to get the new total amount. The discounts and the sales tax are recalculated.
- Click Undo to reset the changes.
