Deleting promotions
Delete the promotions removes completed or incorrect promotions from the Management Center.
Before you begin
Your promotion must be in the inactive state before you can delete it.
Procedure
- Open the Promotions tool.
- From the explorer view, click Promotions. The Promotions - List page opens.
- Right-click the promotion to delete; then click Delete.
Results
The promotion will be removed from the Promotions - List page.By default, the database record corresponding to a deleted promotion is marked for deletion, but the record is not physically removed from the database. The Database Cleanup utility can be configured to physically remove the promotion from the database.
