Communicate with coworkers

The customer care workspace allows you to send a message to everyone currently logged on in a public chat, as well as send a message to specific coworkers in a private chat. It also allows you to establish a buddy list composed of coworkers you chat with frequently.


Procedure

  1. Set up the online status

  2. Chat with coworkers

  3. You manage the buddy list by:

    1. Set up the buddy list

    2. Add names to the buddy list

    3. Remove names from the buddy list
