Chat with coworkers
You and the coworkers can chat by exchanging messages with each other. While you are chatting, you see a transcript of the chat messages in the chat window.
Procedure
- Enter the message in the input field in the Discussion place tab.
- Click Send or press Enter. A chat window containing the message displays on the screens of all coworkers currently logged on.
- Send chat messages to specific coworkers
- Do one of the following:
- Right-click on a name in the coworkers list and choose Chat.
- Double-click on a name in the coworkers list.
- Enter the message.
- Click Send or press Enter. A chat window containing the message appears on the coworker's screen.
