Add names to the buddy list

Each time you (a CSR) log on to the customer care workspace, you may create the buddy list. You can add and delete names to the buddy list at any time. You may also add the own name to the buddy list.


Procedure

  1. Click on the Discussion place tab.

  2. Select the Buddy List menu item. The Buddy List dialog box appears.

  3. Click Add Buddy. The Add user dialog box appears.

  4. Enter the coworker's name as it appears in the company's directory. (If you do not know how to spell a name, or if you are unsure how the name appears in the directory, you can search and browse the directory).

  5. Click Add.

  6. Click Close.
