Respond to a coworker's invitation
If a coworker invites you to a chat, you can either respond privately, join the meeting, or decline the invitation.
Procedure
- To respond privately, click Respond. This step starts a private chat with the person who sent the invitation. The invitation remains on the screen. You can join the meeting at any time.
- To accept the invitation, click Join.
- To decline and close the invitation, click Close.
