Step 2: Install WAS

To install WAS on your iSeries server, complete these steps.

1. Install the prerequisite software.
   • iSeries prerequisites for installing WAS
   • Workstation prerequisites for installing WAS

2. Install the correct cumulative PTF package.
3. Install the WAS product.
4. Install additional PTFs required for WAS.
5. Install the workstation tools for WAS.
