List return reasons

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to list return reasons.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From either the Store or Hub menu, click Return Reasons. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. To work with an individual return reason, select the check box next to the return reason to work with and click one of the buttons on the page.
