Changing return reasons

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to change return reasons.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From either the Store or Hub menu, click Return Reasons. The Return Reasons list displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box next to the return reason that to work with, and click Change. The Change Return Reason dialog opens.

  4. Update the fields as required.

  5. Click OK to save the changes.
