Create return reasons

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to create return reasons.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From either the Store or Hub menu, click Return Reasons. The Return Reasons list is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Click New. The New Return Reason dialog opens.

  4. Provide appropriate information for the fields.

  5. Click OK to create the return reason.
