Delete return reasons

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to delete one or more return reasons.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From either the Store or Hub menu, click Return Reasons. The Return Reasons list is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check boxes next to the return reasons that to delete, and click Delete. A message confirming the deletion is displayed.

  4. Click OK. The return reason is marked for deletion from the database.

    To completely delete the return reason, the Site Administrator must run the Database Cleanup utility.
