View a return item

When a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can call a customer service representative (CSR) to create a return. This section explains how to view the details of the return item.


Procedure

  1. Find or create the return to view the return items of.

  2. Select the Return Items page in the return editor to view the return items.
