Approve a return
When a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can call a customer service representative (CSR) to create a return. A CSR can create, view and edit returns. This section is about how to approve a return. Returns can be manually approved by someone who has the authority to approve returns for the store, such as the Customer Service Supervisor.
Procedure
- Find the return to approve. It must already have been submitted for approval.
- Select the Summary page in the return editor to view the summary information
- Optional: Enter any comments to add to the return.
- Click the Approve button to approve the return.
