Edit a return
When a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can call a customer service representative (CSR) to create a return. A CSR can create, view and edit returns. A CSR can also create an adhoc return for B2C starter store. If the customer does not want this behavior, they can write customization to restrict it.
Procedure
- Find the return to edit.
- If the return is in the NEW state, the return is ready to be edited. Otherwise, you can click the Edit button for a return which is pending approval, approved, currently edited by a customer, or currently edited by a store.
