Create a tickler for a return

To create a tickler for a specific return:

Procedure

1. Create a tickler
   

2. Choose the Store and Reason.

3. When creating the tickler, select the Related To drop down list and choose Return.

4. In the Identifier field, type the return ID or click the Find icon () to search on all returns for that customer.
