Submit a return
When a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can call a customer service representative (CSR) to create a return. A CSR can create, view and edit returns. This section is about submitting a return.
Procedure
- Find or create the return to submit.
- Add at least one return item to the return.
- Select the Summary page in the return editor to view the summary information
- Optional: Enter any comments to add to the return.
- Optional: Change the credit method using the list.
- Click the Submit button to submit the return for approval.
