View registration reports
Registration reports provide information about registered organizations and customers for the site in a given time period.
Before you begin
Your user ID must be assigned to one of these roles:
- Consumer direct: Buyer (sell-side), Category Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Seller, Operations Manager.
- B2B direct: Account Representative, Buyer (sell-side), Category Manager, Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Seller.
- Demand chain: Category Manager, Channel Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Product Manager, Seller.
- Extended sites: Category Manager, Channel Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Product Manager, Seller.
- Supply chain: Channel Manager, Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Seller.
The registration report category includes the following reports:
- Registered organizations: Reports the number of and details on organizations registered in a given time period.
- Registered customers by organizations: Reports the number of and details on registered customers associated with a particular organization in a given time period.
- Registered customers: Reports the number of and details of customers registered in a given time period.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Operations menu, select Operational Reports. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Click Sales > Operational Reports. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select Registration Reports. A list of the available registration reports displays.
- Select the report that to view.
