Configure periodic reports

You can set up the frequency and format of the periodic commerce reports that are sent to the store.

Before you begin
Configure the "message for store commerce report".

Procedure

Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

Open the Report Delivery Settings page:

Click Store > Report Delivery Settings.

Click Hub > Report Delivery Settings.

Select an option:

Option Description
Monthly Monthly reports are sent out at the end of the month.
Quarterly Quarterly reports are sent out every fiscal quarter. Enter the month and day on which the fiscal year begins.

Select an option:

Option Description
Text Text reports are formatted and useful for reviewing all of the information.
Comma separated Comma-separated reports delineate data with commas; comma-separated data can be extracted and imported into many spreadsheet and database programs for further analysis.

Click OK.
