View order management reports


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Open the Operational Reports page:

    • Click Operations > Operational Reports.

    • Click Sales > Operational Reports.

    • Click Reports > Operational Reports.

  3. Click the name of a report to create the report.

    Option Description
    Order Summary This report summarizes orders by volume (number of orders) and value (in currency)
    Overdue Backorders This report depicts orders that have products on backorder and are overdue as defined by the user.
    Future Order This report shows all orders that have items for which the requested ship date is in the future.
    Manifested Orders This report depicts orders that have been manifested. The report monitors shipping traffic
    Returned Orders This report shows which products are being returned by customers. Detect patterns which could be alleviated by business changes, such as switching vendor, improving packaging, and so on.
    Blocked Orders This report shows all orders that are or have been blocked.

  4. On the report generation page, specify the report options:

    Option Description
    Start date Define a start date for the report. You can either enter a date in the field, or select a date using the calendar tool.
    End date Define a end date for the report. You can either enter a date in the field, or select a date using the calendar tool.
    Minimum number of days overdue (This field displays for the Overdue Backorders report. ) Type the number of days overdue.
    SKUs Select the SKUs to include in the report.
    Return Reason (This field displays for the Returns report. ) Select the return reason codes to include in the report.
    The item range to report On (This field displays for the Returns report. ) Type the catalog entry ID with which to begin the report and the catalog entry ID to end the report with.
    Blocked Reason (This field displays for the Blocked report. ) Select the blocked reason from the list.

  5. Click OK.
