View operational reports
Review key data related to orders, customers, and visits to get a snapshot of store operations and performance.
Before you begin
Your user ID must be assigned to one of these roles:
- Consumer direct: Buyer (sell-side), Category Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Seller, Operations Manager.
- B2B direct: Account Representative, Buyer (sell-side), Category Manager, Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Seller.
- Demand chain: Category Manager, Channel Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Product Manager, Seller.
- Extended sites: Category Manager, Channel Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Product Manager, Seller.
- Supply chain: Channel Manager, Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Seller.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open the Operational Reports page:
- Click Operations > Operational Reports.
- Click Sales > Operational Reports.
- Click Reports > Operational Reports.
- Select one of the following reports:
The selected report is displayed.
- Storefront Usage Report
- This report shows key data (orders, order status, customers, visits ) which provides a snapshot of the selected stores operations and performance.
- Order Status Report
- This report allows you to view details of orders by selecting either a particular order state or all valid order states In the resulting report, clicking on the Order ID displays details of the order items associated with the order.
- Orderitem Status Report
- This report allows you to view details of Orders Items by selecting particular state or all valid Order states.
- Product Sales Report
- This report shows sales figures for products sold on the site. It shows the names of the product sold, how many times it was ordered, the total quantity ordered, and the total revenue generated.
- Region Report
- This report shows data about sales and shopper activity for the countries that shoppers provide when they register. In consumer direct stores, the region report shows sales grouped by regions. The store must ask a user to provide regional information during registration. Also, in this report the number of pages viewed includes page redirections.
- Registered Customers
- This report provides details on newly registered customers.
- Store Activity Report
- This report provides key criteria for the site such as: orders, customer visits, and total sales.
- Registration Reports
- This set of reports provides details on newly registered customers and organizations.
- Failed Logon Attempts
- This report details the number of times a user has attempted to logon and failed.
- Contract Reports
- This set of reports provides data on contracts.
