Delete a question for a Guided Sell
The steps in this section explain how to delete a question for a Guided Sell.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open the Guided Sell list:
- From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
- From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the category name to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
- If the question is linked to the Q and A Tree, then select the question to delete and click Remove. If the question to delete is not linked to the Q and A Tree, then click Questions. The list of questions displays. Select the check box to the left of the question to delete and click Remove. When you delete a question all subsequent questions that are linked to the deleted question are not deleted. You can view them in the Questions page.
