Changing a question for a Guided Sell
The steps in this section explain how to change a question for the Guided Sell.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open the Guided Sell list:
- From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
- From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the category name to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
- If the question is linked to the Q and A Tree, then select the question to change and click Change. The Change Question page displays. If the question is not linked to the Q and A Tree, then click Questions. The list of questions displays. Select the check box to the left of the question to change and click Change. The Change Question page displays.
- Change the following information:
- Select the language from the Language list.
- In the Question field, type the question.
- In the Description field, type a brief description of the question.
- Click OK to save the changes to the question. The Root Question check box will be disabled if a root question is defined for the Guided Sell.
