Delete a question and its links
This steps in this section explain how to delete a question and its links.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator. Depending on the user role, one or more menus display.
- Open the Guided Sell list:
- From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
- From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the category name to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
- Select the question to delete from the Q and A Tree, and click Remove All. When you use Remove All to delete a question, all subsequent links to that question are also deleted.
