Create a question for a Guided Sell
This steps in this section explain how to create a question for a Guided Sell.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open the Guided Sell list:
- From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
- From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the category name to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
- If the Q and A Tree does not contain a root question, then click New. The New Question page displays. If the Q and A Tree contains a root question, then click Questions. The list of existing questions for the Guided Sell displays. Click New. The new question page displays.
- Add the following information:
- The Language field is set to the store's default language. You must first create the question in the store's default language, followed by any supported language.
- In the Question field, type the question to create in the store's default language.
- In the Description field, type a brief description of the question.
- To create this question in a different language, select the language from the Language list.
- If you are creating a root question, then select the Root Question check box. The Root Question check box will be disabled if a root question is defined for the Guided Sell.
- Click OK to save the new question.
