Work with activity statistics
The Marketing tool gathers and displays various types of statistical data about the Web, Dialog, and e-mail activities.
- Customer counters in Web and Dialog activities
The Activity Builder displays customer counters under each element in a marketing activity. The number indicates how many customers have reached a particular trigger, target or action in the activity since it was activated.
- View statistics for an e-Marketing Spot
For each e-Marketing Spot that is used in a Web activity, you can view statistical data to measure the performance of the marketing messages. You can check the statistics at any time while the activity is running, or after it becomes inactive.
- View statistics for an E-mail activity
You can view the statistics for E-mail activities to evaluate their success while they are in progress or when they are complete. For a given e-mail activity, you can review statistics related to e-mail delivery and e-mail effectiveness.
- View the statistics of an experiment
You can view the statistics for experiments while they are running, to determine how the experiment is progressing. You can also view the statistics for completed experiments.
- Experiment statistics collection and calculation
Understanding how the server collects and calculates statistics for the test elements in the marketing experiments can help you evaluate the results of the experiment.
