View statistics for an e-Marketing Spot
For each e-Marketing Spot that is used in a Web activity, you can view statistical data to measure the performance of the marketing messages. You can check the statistics at any time while the activity is running, or after it becomes inactive.
Procedure
- Open the Marketing tool.
- Click the Activities folder in the explorer view.
- Right-click the activity for which to view e-Marketing Spot statistics; then click Open. The Activity Builder opens showing the selected activity.
- Click the e-Marketing Spot element to display its properties.
- In the properties pane, click the Statistics tab to view the statistical data. The Statistics tab is visible only when the e-Marketing Spot has associated statistics data for this activity.
- To close the activity, click Close.
