View statistics for an E-mail activity
You can view the statistics for E-mail activities to evaluate their success while they are in progress or when they are complete. For a given e-mail activity, you can review statistics related to e-mail delivery and e-mail effectiveness.
Procedure
- Open the Marketing tool.
- Click the Activities folder in the explorer view.
- Right-click the E-mail activity for which to view statistics; then click Open. The properties page opens for the selected E-mail activity.
- Click the Statistics tab to view the statistical data.
- To close the activity, click Close.
