Browse for activities using lists and calendars
You can browse for activities in the Management Center using several methods.
Procedure
- Open the Marketing tool.
- Browse for activities using one of these methods:
- Browse the Activities - List page:
You can find all of the activities defined for the store in the Activities - List page. You can apply filters to the list to make it easier to find a specific activity. For example, you can filter the Type column to show only Web activities.
- Browse the Activities - Calendar page:
- Click View > Show Activity Calendar, or right-click Activities in the explorer view; then click Show Activity Calendar.
- Navigate the displayed activities in one of the following ways:
- Enter the date range using the Range fields.
- Scroll the date range selector horizontally by using the scroll bar under the selector.
You can resize the width of the date range selector using either the preset widths, or by dragging either side of the date range selector.
- Browse for activities scheduled to an e-Marketing Spot:
- Click E-Marketing Spots in the explorer view.
- Scroll through the list to find the e-Marketing Spot for which to see the scheduled activities.
- Right-click the e-Marketing Spot; then click either Show Activity List or Show Activity Calendar.
The appropriate view displays, listing the activities currently scheduled for the selected e-Marketing Spot.
- Browse for activities associated with a campaign:
- Click Campaigns in the explorer view.
- Scroll through the list to find the campaign for which to see the associated activities.
- Right-click the campaign; then click either Show Activity List or Show Activity Calendar.
The appropriate view displays, listing the activities currently scheduled for the selected campaign.
