Changing the priority of a Web activity
You can change the priority of a Web activity relative to other Web activities. When multiple activites are scheduled for the same e-Marketing Spot, the Web activity with the higher priority is displayed first.
Procedure
- Open the Marketing tool.
- From the explorer view, click E-Marketing Spots. The E-Marketing Spots - List page opens.
- Right-click the e-Marketing Spot in which the activity is scheduled to display; then click Show Activity List.
- If the activity is active, deactivate it before you can edit its priority.
- Click the Priority column of the activity for which to change the relative priority.
- Enter the updated priority. The priority can be any number between zero and one thousand. The number determines which activity is displayed when conflicts arise, such as when two activities are satisfied, and could be displayed at the same time. The content or recommendation from the higher priority activity is displayed first.
- Click Save to save the changes.
Results
The Activity - List refreshes to display the updated priority.
