Start a help session

A session is any communication between CSR and a customer. A session can be a simple exchange of typed messages, or it can include several tools that allow CSR to collaborate with the customer. The information CSR exchange during sessions is encrypted for security.

You can start a session in three ways:


Procedure

  1. Click on the serve next button

  2. Serving a customer out of sequence

  3. Initiate a chat with a customers at the Web site
