Quote Details
A customer clicks the Details link next to a quote in the quote listing on the My Quotes page. Details of the quote are fetched from the external system and displayed to the customer on the Quote Details page.
WebSphere Commerce makes an outbound web service call to the external system passing IBM_External_Details as the access profile. In case of an exception, an appropriate message is displayed to the customer.
