My Orders
A customer clicks on the My Orders link to view a listing of previously submitted orders in the external system, irrespective of the channel used to submit these orders.
For information on the My Orders page of the base Elite starter store, refer to My Account: My Orders.
The order listing typically contains the order number, ordered date, and total order amount fields. The exact data fields depend on the level of information received from the external system.
WebSphere Commerce sends IBM_External_Summary as the access profile when it makes the web service call to the external system. WebSphere Commerce expects the external system to return a summary of the details of each order.
In case of an exception, an appropriate message is displayed to the customer.
