Order Details
A customer clicks the Details link next to an order in the order listing on the My Orders page. Details of the order are fetched from the external system and displayed to the customer on the Order Details page.

WebSphere Commerce makes an outbound web service call passing IBM_External_Details as the access profile, to retrieve the order details from the external system. In case of an exception, an appropriate message is displayed to the customer.
