My Quotes
A customer clicks the My Quotes link to view a listing of the quotes previously submitted in the external system, irrespective of the channel used to submit these quotes.
The exact quote details depend on the level of information received from the external system. WebSphere Commerce makes an external web service call to the external system to fetch the list of quotes placed by the current customer. WebSphere Commerce expects a summary of the details of each quote to be returned by the external system.
WebSphere Commerce sends IBM_External_Summary as the access profile when it makes the web service call to the external system. In case of an exception, an error message is displayed to the customer.
