Copy attachments

You can create a copy of an existing attachment to use as the starting point for creating a new attachment.

  1. Open the Assets tool.

  2. In the explorer view filter, select Attachments; then click Attachments to display the list of attachments.

  3. Right-click the attachment that you want to copy; then click Copy.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • In the Attachments list view, right-click; then click Paste. The attachment is copied to the Attachments list view.

    • Click

      Show utilities view to open the utilities view; then click the Clipboard tab. Right-click the clipboard list; then click Paste. The attachment is copied to the clipboard in the utilities view, and is available for later use. Items on the clipboard remain available until you click Clear in the clipboard or close the Assets tool.
