Troubleshoot: Error message - Command not found when disabling component services
When disabling the component services feature from a WebSphere Commerce instance, errors are logged.
Problem
The following errors are logged, in the SystemOut.log file, when disabling the component services feature:
CommerceSrvr E com.ibm.commerce.scheduler.SchedulerJob Process CMN0409E: The following error has occurred during processing: " Current exception: Message: _ERR_CMD_CMD_NOT_FOUND Stack trace: com.ibm.commerce.exception.ECSystemException: Command not found: "SendMarketingStatistics".

Solution
These errors cause no problems; they can be ignored.
These errors do not occur when disabling
component services.
