Create the deployment environment
You can configure the components in an ND cell by creating and generating a deployment environment. The typical configuration for a deployment environment on IBM BPM for z/OS is a single cluster topology.
You can use the Deployment Environment wizard in the administrative console to create your clusters and cluster members (servers), and deploy components across them. For further information about setting up your deployment environment, see Configure servers, server clusters, and product components.
- Configure servers, server clusters, and product components
Before you attempt to start the IBM BPM for z/OS instance and have it connect to its databases, you must make sure that all the required servers, server clusters, and IBM BPM for z/OS product components are configured.
What to do next
After creating the deployment environment, update the configuration properties of the cluster members with appropriate values.
