Create a SIP counterpart test

After creating a test, you can automatically create a mirror image of it to demonstrate the other part of a call.

For example, if your test sends an Invite and receives a response, you can create a counterpart test that receives an Invite and sends a response.

To create a counterpart test:

  1. In the Test Navigator, browse to the test, and right-click it.

  2. Select Create counterpart SIP test.

  3. Enter a name for the counterpart test, and click OK.

  4. Optionally, edit the new test.

For example, you might add a Request Method verification point or a Content verification point.
