Request-for-information activities in your activities list are part of workflow processes that require your response before they can be completed. For example, a user submits an account request but does not have the knowledge required to specify a value for a particular attribute. The system administrator has created a process for this scenario that sends the request to a more knowledgeable user. This user supplies the appropriate value for the attribute.
