Approval activities
An approval activity is displayed in the to-do list of the user who is prompted to approve or reject an account request. Approval activities in your to-do list are part of workflow processes that require your response before they can be complete.
Approval activities are displayed in your to-do list and consist of account requests that we must either approve or reject. If the request is approved, the next activity in the workflow is processed. If, however, the request is rejected, the workflow stops, and no additional activities are processed..
We can return multiple approval items at one time if they have been grouped in your to-do list.
Approval group members cannot approve their own submitted requests. The approval request is sent to all participants in the assigned group except for the user making the request. If we are a member of the approval group and you submit a request for approval, the approval activity is not displayed in your to-do list.
