Select the disposition of returned products
Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to select the disposition of returned products.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open the Returns list:
- Click Operations > Returns.
- Click Logistics > Returns.
- Select the check box next to the return to work with, and click Returned Products. The Returned Products list is displayed.
- Select the check box next to the returned product to work with, and click Disposition. The Disposition page is displayed.
- Provide appropriate information for the fields, and click Add to save the information.
