Delete a customer segment

You can delete a customer segment if you no longer need it for marketing activities or promotions.


Procedure

  1. Open the Marketing tool.

  2. From the explorer view, click Customer Segments. The Customer Segments - List page opens.

  3. Right-click the customer segment that to delete; then click Delete.

  4. Click Yes in response to the warning message. The customer segment is removed from the database.
