View attachment details

You can view existing attachments that are associated with a sales catalog, category, or catalog entry and the list of files or URLs it contains, all within the Catalogs tool.


Procedure

  1. Open the Catalogs tool.

  2. Find the sales catalog, category, or catalog entry to view the associated assets for.

  3. Open the properties view; then click the Associated Assets tab. The associated assets table displays.

  4. Right-click an asset in the table; then click Open in the context menu.

    Option Description
    Code The unique identifier for the attachment. For example, 300011Att.
    Name The name of the attachment.
    Short description A brief description of the associated asset. This field is not displayed by default in the list view.

    To display the field as a column in a list view, right-click on a column heading in the list view and click Configure Columns.

    Long description The detailed description of the associated asset, if applicable. This field is not displayed by default in the list view.

    To display the field as a column in a list view, right-click on a column heading in the list view and click Configure Columns.

    Files or URLs The list of files or URLs within the selected attachment. If the selected store supports multiple languages, the list of files or URLs displays multiple columns for languages.

    The attachments properties view displays with the details of the attachment.
