View a customer's shopping cart
If a customer has a shopping cart, you can view the cart's contents in a separate browser window on the screen. Your administrator determines the format and exact contents of the shopping cart information.
Procedure
- From the Monitoring tab, select the customer's name from the list and click Shopping Cart. The shopping cart appears in a new browser window.
- From the Session tab, during an active session, click Shopping Cart. The shopping cart appears in a new browser window.
