View a customer segment for customer care

The customer segment can contain the customer's ID, order history and address. Customers who have not registered or logged on to the Web site have incomplete profiles. You might need to ask a customer to register and log on to the Web site to view a complete profile.

Procedure

  1. From the Monitoring tab, select the customer's name in the list and click Profile. The customer segment displays in a new browser window on the screen.

  2. From the Session tab, during a session with a customer, click Profile. The customer segment displays in a separate browser window on the screen.
