Changing a customer care queue


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Operations menu, click Customer Care Queue. From the Sales menu, click Customer Care Queue. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. The Customer Care Queues list displays, containing the customer care queues currently defined for the selected store.

  4. Select the check box to the left of the customer care queue that to change. Click Change. This will launch the customer care definition page, populated with the data for the selected customer care queue.

  5. Change the information for the selected customer care queue.

  6. Click OK to save the updated customer care queue.
