Assign a customer care queue


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Operations menu, click Customer Care Queue. From the Sales menu, click Customer Care Queue. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. The Customer Care Queues list displays, containing the customer care queues currently defined for the selected store.

  4. Select the check box to the left of the customer care queue to which to assign Customer Service Representatives (CSR's). Click Assign. This displays the customer care assignment page

  5. Select the CSR's that to assign to the customer care queues.

  6. Click OK to assign the selected CSR's to the selected queue, and return to the customer care queue list.
