Set JMS resources for the WebSphere MQ messaging provider
If we have decided to use the WebSphere MQ messaging provider to handle JMS messaging...
- If scope is set to contain WAS V6 or 7 nodes, configure JMS 1.1 resources and properties
- If scope is set to contain WAS V7 nodes, we can configure JMS activations specifications.
- If scope is set to a WAS V5 node, we can only configure domain-specific JMS resources.
When you migrate WAS profiles from maintenance level 7.0.0.0 to later maintenance levels, manually adjust the WebSphere MQ resource adapter configuration.
