Interrupting a run

You can stop a run before it is completed.

For example, you might detect serious problems in the run and not want to wait for it to finish. You can optionally save the results and the test log, which enable you to run reports on the run.

To interrupt a run:

  1. Click

    in the Test Runs view.

  2. In Timeout, type a number and select a time unit.

For HTTP tests select a duration long enough for a page to return.

  3. Optionally, select Collect Test Results and History to collect the results and the test log, which enable you to run the reports that evaluate the run.

  4. Click OK.
